Hotel Gotham (Fire Station Side, Opened September 2025) – Newcastle, England: The hotel reopens as a bold luxury property in a former fire station, offering striking design and a central location ideal for exploring Newcastle. The hotel also marks Newcastle’s first five-star hotel, making this new accommodation even more highly anticipated.

Wild Duck at Ewen (Opening Spring 2026) – Near Cirencester, Cotswolds, England
The refurbished 20-room pub offers antique furnishings, roll-top baths, and locally inspired cuisine, making it a charming country escape. The unique design of this homey pub style hotel is created by Georgie Pearman who is known for combining historical charm with modern comfort.
Ty Gwyn Hotel (Opening Summer 2026) – Abersoch, Wales: The luxury waterfront hotel will be operated by Bespoke Hotels and will comprise 42 luxury hotel bedrooms and suites, a destination restaurant, and more – all with a stunning sea view. Formerly The Whitehouse, the property has had a £30 million redevelopment and is aiming to offer a high-end waterfront experience.
Marcliffe (Opening TBA 2026) – Aberdeen, Scotland: Bask in the lush Scottish countryside at Aberdeen’s only five-star hotel that is receiving a multi-million-pound upgrade with new indoor and outdoor luxury dining experiences.
