LGBTQ Youth Are Invited to Experience Top Greek Islands and Athens Pride
Contiki, the social travel company for 18-to-35-year-olds, invites travelers to a colorfully chaotic celebration in Greece on their iconic Pride Greek Island Hopping tour.
This year, guests on the June 6th departure will allow travelers to relish in thousands of years of queer history and culture, dating back to ancient Greece, with Athens’ 20th Pride Celebration. Complete with a vibrant parade, cultural events, and more, the event recognizes those who have fought for equality while cultivating an electric, welcoming Greek atmosphere.

In addition to the festival, travelers will explore all of the islands’ LGBTQIA+ hotspots with the help of an expert local guide, including community-friendly bars and the region’s queer capital, Mykonos.
They’ll also visit a century-old family-owned bakery in Lefkes as part of a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience, take a dip in sapphire waters in Paros, and opt to explore the black sand beaches of Santorini.
For as low as $209 a day, travelers can enjoy included accommodations, most meals, unique activities, and optional experiences with like-minded LGBTQ+ travelers.
This trip, Greek Island Hopping, is aimed at 18 to 22-year-olds who wish to see Greece on a budget while indulging in sun-soaked days and buzzing party nights. Find out more and book here.
