Calling All Chocoholics: Pennsylvania Chocolate & Coffee Festival is Back!
Chocolate, coffee, culture, and history come together this fall as the third annual Pennsylvania Chocolate & Coffee Festival returns to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks on October 24 and 25.
For one weekend, festival guests can take a sensory journey around the world, sampling chocolates made from cacao grown in Ecuador, Venezuela, Tanzania, Uganda, and beyond, while discovering coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica, Honduras, and beyond. But this year, the journey goes well beyond tasting.
From live coffee roasting and hands-on educational experiences to a four-foot chocolate sculpture celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, the 2026 festival will offer guests more ways than ever to experience the stories, techniques, cultures, and people behind chocolate and coffee.
Taste Chocolate & Coffee From Around the World
More than 150 vendors will fill the festival floor with artisan chocolates, specialty coffees, baked goods, gourmet foods, handcrafted products, and unique finds from Pennsylvania and beyond. Chocolate lovers can explore craft chocolate and discover how cacao grown in different regions yields dramatically different flavors. Many participating makers work closely with cacao producers and farms, giving attendees a chance to learn where chocolate begins and how cacao grown in tropical climates becomes the finished bars and confections they know and love.
Coffee enthusiasts can experience that same sense of place through beans grown across Africa, Central and South America, and other renowned coffee-producing regions. From bright and floral Ethiopian coffees to rich Central American roasts, guests can compare origins, roasting styles, and brewing methods throughout the weekend.

Beyond chocolate and coffee, attendees can sample and shop specialty foods, including olive oils, seasonings, sauces, honey, tea, baked goods, and gourmet treats, and browse handcrafted items such as pottery, candles, soaps, jewelry, and more. The festival gives guests a chance to discover new flavors, meet the makers behind the products, and take home something they may not find in a traditional grocery store.
The festival’s Chocolate Education Classroom will host a full weekend of seminars, demonstrations, and interactive activities exploring craft chocolate and the people and traditions behind it. Guests can take a virtual road trip through five cacao farms in Ecuador with Leila Carvajal Erker of Cocoa Supply, or learn how Sally McFadyen of Argencove Chocolate grows and produces fine chocolate at origin in Nicaragua. Other sessions throughout the weekend cover chocolate history, bean-to-bar craftsmanship, family activities, tastings, and more.
Coffee takes center stage inside the Mad Catter Coffee Lab, where guests can dive deeper into specialty coffee through educational sessions, coffee cuppings, brewing experiences, and latte art demonstrations. Festivalgoers can also see coffee roasting in action. Cleona Coffee Roasters will bring its mobile roasting operation to the festival for live demonstrations, giving attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how heat transforms green coffee beans into the aromatic roasted coffee they recognize.
Whether visitors come to discover a new favorite chocolate maker, compare coffees from around the world, watch a live demonstration, learn something new, or simply spend the day sampling and shopping, the Pennsylvania Chocolate & Coffee Festival offers an experience centered on discovery.
