The Coronavirus pandemic definitely reshaped how we lived our lives, and one of those things was definitely work culture, specifically remote work! For the past three years, working from home (WFH) has become the new normal for many people in the U.S. and around the globe. 

While there are some employers who seem to favor a return to the office, most employers seem to be embracing this new normal – and employees seem to prefer it this way. Many employees are given the option to work remotely or work a hybrid schedule, where employees come into the office only a few days a week. Many companies have even gone fully remote, allowing them to hire people located around the world.
