Join This Immersive Small Group Experience to Timeless Turkey

Off the Beaten Path has announced the launch of Timeless Turkey, the company’s first travel experience in the Eurasia supercontinent and a new addition to its portfolio of immersive Small Group Adventures.

The 13-day, 12-night journey takes travelers deep into Turkey’s cultural and geographic heart, from the bustling streets of Istanbul to the remote Taurus Mountains and the otherworldly landscapes of Cappadocia. Designed for groups of just four to 12 travelers, Timeless Turkey offers a balance of iconic landmarks and lesser-known regions guided by local experts.

“Turkey is a place where civilizations, landscapes and cultures converge in remarkable ways,” said Cory Lawrence, President and CEO at Off the Beaten Path. “With Timeless Turkey, we’re inviting travelers to experience that richness through meaningful connections, active exploration and time spent well beyond the usual tourist routes.”

The journey begins in Istanbul with guided explorations of historic neighborhoods, bazaars, and waterways, including a cruise along the Bosphorus. From there, travelers fly south to Antalya and venture inland to explore the remarkably preserved Roman ruins of Sagalassos before spending two nights in a remote and incredibly unique deluxe camp in the Taurus Mountains. The itinerary continues through the Mediterranean coast and the cultural center of Konya before culminating in Cappadocia, where travelers explore ancient rock-cut churches, cave dwellings, and dramatic volcanic landscapes.

Throughout the journey, accommodations reflect Off the Beaten Path’s emphasis on character-rich lodging and sense of place. Overnight stays include The Bank Hotel in Istanbul; Sagalassos Lodge Hotel; a private glamping experience in the Taurus Mountains; Casa Sur Hotel in Antalya’s Old Town; Hich Hotel in Konya; and Seraphim Cave in Cappadocia.

Timeless Turkey is rated “Nice & Active” on Off the Beaten Path’s Energy Index, with select “High Five” days. Activities include hiking four to six miles on select days, with elevation changes typically under 1,200 feet and elevations ranging from sea level to approximately 5,000 feet.

Reservations are now open, with departures beginning in April 2027 and thoughtfully scheduled to coincide with the region’s most comfortable spring and fall travel seasons.
