Who doesn’t love New York City in Holiday Season? The island of Manhattan becomes picture perfect, especially its iconic landmarks such as Grand Central Terminal.

Located in Grand Central Terminal’s historic Vanderbilt Hall – just across from the popular Grand Central Holiday Fair which opens on Monday, November 10the 400-seat French Grand Brasserie will be decked out with thousands of twinkling lights and festive photo-worthy moments that feel straight out of a Parisian holiday post card.

Grand Brasserie is open 365 days a year from 5:30 am to 2 am and celebrating the most wonderful time of the year with special holiday menus crafted by Executive Chef Guillaume Thivet for gatherings with family, friends and loved ones, including:

  • Thanksgiving: Three-course prix fixe menu, highlights including Pumpkin Velouté (100% vegan), Heritage Turkey (with a choice of potato gratin, green beans amandine, carrot vichy and bread stuffing), Roasted Sea Bass, Cassoulet Vegetal, as well as Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie. Available starting at $75 per person.
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day: Three-course prix fixe menus, highlights including Chestnut Velouté (100% vegan), Foie Gras Torchon, Roasted Duck Breast, Lobster Ravioli, Bûche de Noël, Mont-Blanc aux Marrons, among others. Available starting at $85 per person.
  • New Year’s Eve: Three-course prix fixe menu, highlights including Sunchoke Velouté, Tuna Carpaccio, Filet Mignon, Poached Halibut, Soufflé au Grand Marnier, Caramelized Pear Tart, and more. Available starting at $85 per person.

Visitors can also cozy up with Grand Brasserie’s NEW Afternoon Tea Tower – featuring three-tiers of savory finger sandwiches and sweet pastries alongside a selection of artisanal teas and topped with a mini replica of the Grand Central clock for a special NYC touch.
